They did not deserve this review as they were not the correct company I was intending to leave my review for. I am giving this company a 5 star review for the very polite and professional way my review was handled. Lessoned learnt by myself. Be very careful when reviewing companies. I truly apologise. Very disappointing when you arrive to buy pet treats during opening hours to be told I can't sell you anything because Troy's not here and I don't know how to use the machines
